Open Call

Summerland, CA

2026

Humans are finite. We are bounded by attention, memory, time, and our physicality. We move through the world sequentially, under constraint.

Computation is limitless. Expansive across scale and time without natural limits, and beyond what a human can sustain.

Young people have grown up inside computational systems, carrying what adaptation looks like from the inside, and will live longest inside what is being built. This perspective remains unrepresented in formation; when it is absent, it appears downstream as consequence.

The Youth Council addresses that absence directly, not as a consultative body, but as an embedded presence within the work. Participants are not consulted; they are intrinsic. This perspective, formed entirely within platform architectures and ambient connectivity, is a form of evidence unavailable through data, modeling, or retrospective analysis.

This is an open call for participation.
